Listings from other marketplaces
veX shows listings from other veNFT marketplaces next to its own. You browse one page per collection, and a badge on each card says where the listing lives. Buying one settles on that marketplace's contract, in one transaction, without leaving veX.

What you see
veX reads each marketplace's contract every 30 seconds and keeps only the listings that can settle right now: unsold, unexpired, the seller still owns the veNFT and the marketplace is still approved to move it, the lock is not empty or expired, and the sale is not private. On collections where a live vote blocks a transfer, a listing that voted this epoch is left out until the vote clears.
The price shown is what leaves your wallet. Where a marketplace charges the buyer (HyperWarp 1.5 %, Fireflies 1 %), that fee is already in the number. Where it charges the seller (Vexy, Flock, 40acres, 1 % each), the seller pays it out of the proceeds and the price on veX is the listing price. veX adds nothing on top.
Some venues run Dutch auctions. veX shows the current price and charges the price at the moment your purchase lands, which can only be lower. The difference comes back to you in the same transaction.
The vote-state notices described in Active Votes apply to these listings in the same way.
How a purchase settles
veX's router contract, VeXRouter, sits between you and the marketplace. When you confirm:
- veX re-reads the listing on-chain: still live, same price, seller still owns and has approved, and the router is allowed to call that marketplace.
- You approve the router for exactly the amount shown.
- The router pulls that amount, calls the marketplace's own purchase function, checks that the veNFT arrived, sends it to your wallet and refunds anything the marketplace did not take.
If any step fails, the whole transaction reverts and nothing moves. The router holds nothing between transactions, and it can only call the marketplaces and currencies on its allowlist.

What stays on the venue
Offers, bids and multi-listing sweeps on those marketplaces are not available through veX, and neither is 40acres borrowing. Listing a veNFT on one of those venues is done on the venue. To sell on veX, see Listing a veNFT.

Sales that settle through the router count towards the volume shown on veX. veX earns no fee on them.
